McKinley plays a pivotal role in steering the strategy and creative vision for our clients' social media, websites, and content, while also spearheading design initiatives.

Prior to joining the PolicyWorks team in 2021, McKinley was the Administrative Communications Intern for the Iowa Department of Agriculture, where she learned to effectively manage social media, create engaging content, and develop her understanding of government policy.

In addition to her corporate endeavors, McKinley has successfully established her own professional photography business, McKinley Rayne Photography. She and her husband own and operate Blue Rayne Highlands, and actively engage in row crop farming and the cultivation of commercial cattle alongside their family in central Iowa.

Having graduated from Iowa State University in 2021 with a B.S. in Agricultural Communications and a minor in Advertising, McKinley's interests extend beyond her professional pursuits. Outside of her career, she enjoys spending time spoiling her four dogs, traveling the world, championing the cattle industry, and photographing weddings.
